Urban living - surrounded by nature

As part of a design competition in 2021, ROOM2 was commissioned to develop the interior material concept for the 110 privately owned apartments in WaltherPark, situated in the heart of Bolzano.
The briefing specified interior designs for the Superior and Premium lines, with a focus on the overarching theme of "Urban." The goal was to combine high-quality Italian design with sustainable materials, while prioritizing the integration of regional suppliers.

The developed concept for interior materials ideally supports the design vision of the project. All materials used are of exceptional quality and fully meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. In addition, sample areas were created to allow for visual and tactile inspection, facilitating well-informed decision-making. The transparent and creative selection process ensures client satisfaction by taking their individual wishes and ideas into full account.

ROOM2 was also responsible for the conceptual direction of the stylistic design of the residential units in the Superior and Premium categories. This included the selection of interior materials such as wooden flooring, tiles, wall finishes, colors, as well as doors and room dividers. In addition, bathroom furniture and fixtures were chosen, and the lighting concept was developed. In close collaboration with architects and engineers, ROOM2 ensured that the selected materials were seamlessly integrated into the overall project.
