A smart Chalet

The concept of this chalet is based on its use as a holiday home. The starting point for the conversion was the shell without stairs: taking the old, hand-drawn plans as a basis, the layout was completely revised.
A traditional, rustic shell and natural materials such as wood and natural stone were used for creating spaces. A memory of times past and of the original was to be preserved, while the chalet’s high-quality materials and contemporary furniture, combined with fashionable colours, together produce a sensation of modern living. Comfort matched with state-of-the-art technology was also a prerequisite.
